My name is Josh Peters and I know what the struggle to stop smoking is like.

I know because I was a smoker.

​I started smoking in High School to be a rebel and to fit in with my friends. As I got older the habit got stronger. I felt worthless every time I lit up. I went from one smoking cure to the next, feeling like a failure.

I hated how I smelled.

​I obsessed over not getting caught by my kids, or my family, people who wanted me to quit. At parties I was the one that snuck off to feed my habit. I felt like I was missing out.

It was a constant, deep, emotional struggle. No gum, no patch, no program could end it.

Over the years, I learned how to transform different areas of my life. I applied what I learned to my own smoking experience. By shifting and releasing old emotional patterns, I finally stopped the never-ending cycle of failure.
